As a private organization, FORGE has voluntarily committed itself to follow a purchasing procedure. The document is available here in Italian language.
Depending on the annual balance between private investments, grant agreements and share of private profits, on the one side, and public investment on the other side, FORGE will be operating as a public utility operator that is subject to the public procurement law in the financial years when public investment is predominant.
FORGE has sealed a deal with the University of Udine Administration to receive their support for the purchase of goods, works and services that require a qualified purchasing operator according to the Public procurement law and regulations (August 9th, 2024).
